About RouletteCalc.com
RouletteCalc.com is a free, independent resource for understanding the real mathematics behind roulette: odds, payouts, house edge, RTP and bankroll risk.
What this site is
RouletteCalc.com provides calculators and plain-language explanations for classic roulette. The aim is to show how the wheel actually behaves mathematically, without marketing language or promises of guaranteed wins.
The calculators cover win probability and losing-streak risk, payouts and net profit, RTP and house edge, the European single-zero and American double-zero wheels, the French la partage and en prison rules, and the bankroll exposure created by common betting systems.
Our approach to accuracy
Every figure on the site is based on standard, verifiable probability. The European edge is one zero out of 37 pockets (2.70%); the American edge is two zeros out of 38 pockets (5.26%); the French even-money edge under la partage is half of that single-zero cost (1.35%). Where a value is an approximation, such as the en prison estimate, it is labelled as one rather than presented as exact.
We try to keep the explanations honest about what the numbers mean. A calculator can estimate long-term expected loss, but it cannot predict the result of the next spin, and no figure on this site should be read as a forecast.
